Plant Operations Team Lead

As the Plant Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Aluminium Phase section. Your primary goal will be to optimize resource utilization and ensure the highest quality practices are in place to meet market demands.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage shift production through optimum resource utilization and best quality practices.
    • Conduct hourly reviews of quality gate data and provide feedback to concerned teams.
    • Monitor and analyze stage-wise PPE consumption as per norms.
    • Identify and address part rejection causes through action planning.
    • Update KPIs daily in OLE JH CLRI.
    • Analyze and address board gaps in OLE JH.
    • Conduct daily 3S audits to identify gaps and develop action plans.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • BTech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree.
    • Minimum 03-05 years of experience in manufacturing plants within the two-wheeler industry.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Behavioral Based Safety Approach.
    • Planning and decision-making skills.
