A Project Manager is required to oversee and deliver consulting assignments in the hospitality industry. The role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects from initiation to completion.">
  • Defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance.">
  • Managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and approval processes.">
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.">
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.">
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.">
  • Monitoring project risks and proactively developing mitigation strategies.">
  • Supporting business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.">
  • Providing post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.">
">Qualifications & Requirements">

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred).">
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.">
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.">
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.">
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required.">
