Human Resources Manager Role Overview

This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function, ensuring the organization has the necessary talent and skills to achieve its operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure timely hiring, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract top talent.
  • Employee Onboarding and Induction: Oversee smooth onboarding process, coordinate induction programs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • HR Operations Management and Payroll: Maintain employee records, manage HR workflows, including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans, and address performance-related issues effectively.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, resolve employee grievances and conflicts, and plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs based on operational goals, coordinate training sessions, and track training effectiveness and employee progress.
  • Statutory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, prepare regular HR reports, maintain confidentiality, and handle employee data ethically.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Implement and update HR policies and procedures, communicate policies effectively, monitor adherence, and recommend improvements.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
