About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to drive business growth through corporate banking products and solutions for Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) clients in the Mid-Market Group (MMG) segment.
- Identify opportunities across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other banking products to develop customized solutions for PSU clients based on their business and financial needs.
- Acquire and manage PSU clients to drive revenue and profitability targets through acquisition and cross-selling.
- Maintain high credit quality, ensure compliance, and manage risks in all dealings to become a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
- Deep understanding of the PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- PREFERRED: MBA/CA/Graduate with relevant banking experience.
