Job Description:

We are seeking a Hybrid Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, account management, and new business development in a hybrid work environment.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and sales target achievement. They will also have experience in selling automation or AI-driven solutions and possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Pursue new sales opportunities in line with company goals and market potential
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹22,50,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
