Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key player in the Demand Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of data within Salesforce and adherence to processes that drive accurate reporting and clear pipeline visibility.

This role will work closely with sales operations, marketing operations, business development, regional, and global marketing teams, serving as a contact for process, data, and systems questions and related tasks.

A typical day in this position includes:

  • Acting as the primary contact for process, data, and system questions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Managing compliance to processes and reporting requirements.
  • Performing detailed data work, including append, enrich, and clean.
  • Validating marketing data CRM/Salesforce to ensure cleanliness of data.
  • Ad-hoc reporting requests to support marketing goals.
  • Campaign Analysis: Analyzing marketing campaigns to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Developing and optimizing marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

  2. Efficiency Improvement: Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance marketing operations.
  3. Clear Communication: Providing clear and concise reports and presentations to stakeholders, explaining complex data in an understandable manner.
  4. Proactive Collaboration: Actively collaborating with cross-functional teams to support marketing objectives and initiatives.
  5. Accountability: Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and being accountable for delivering high-quality work on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Salesforce super user experience, preferably in a B2B enterprise environment.
  • Experience using ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, Salesforce Inspector, and Excel.
  • Experience working in Marketing Operations.
  • Experience in a similar administrative function (reporting, data analysis, insights).
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills; customer service mindset.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, ability to forensically investigate and troubleshoot.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process governance and improvement.
  • Accountable, proactive, and willing to take initiative to solve problems.
