Job Title: Civil Engineer Recruiter - Architecture & Engineering | Remote India | Day Shift

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer Recruiter with a background in architecture or engineering to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts to align with global business hours.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for civil engineering clients in the architecture domain.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS system.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
