About the Role:

  • Project Coordination: Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the site, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and relevant standards.
  • Tactical Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Coordinate with site workers and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Construction Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to monitor construction quality and adherence to design specifications. Identify and resolve any issues related to materials, workmanship, or safety.
  • Operational Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and any deviations from plans. Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports to stakeholders.
  • Risk Mitigation and Safety Management: Develop and enforce safety protocols on site to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to prevent accidents.
  • Problem Resolution and Process Improvement: Address any technical or operational issues that arise during construction. Propose innovative solutions and alternatives to keep the project on track and improve overall efficiency.

  • Skillset: Highly organized, analytical, and communicative individuals with experience in construction management are encouraged to apply.
  • Qualifications: A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
