Senior Financial Planning Product Manager

Lead the development and enhancement of financial planning modules within our InsurTech suite.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, compliant, and customer-friendly experiences.
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive implementation and timely delivery.
- Translate financial planning and insurance domain requirements into product features.
- Gather, prioritize, and manage product requirements from stakeholders (clients, users, internal teams).
- Measure product success through KPIs, user adoption, feedback, and performance metrics.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in financial or insurance software products.
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment products, and insurance workflows.
- Experience with agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
