Pega Senior Business Architect

We seek a seasoned business architect to drive organizations forward from their current states to desired states.

As a key member of our team, you'll work with passionate project teams delivering innovative business and technical solutions using Pega technology.

Purpose:

You'll collaborate with subject matter experts across the business to ensure delivered solutions meet customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients and technical teams to develop high-quality deliverables across project phases, from process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing.
  • Leverage industry experience to consult and influence client direction towards best practices.
  • Demonstrate commitment to customer success by ensuring delivered work products are fully-functioning, meet business requirements, and exceed expectations.
  • Support delivery leads in solution conceptualization.
  • Teach and drive the use of Pegasystems Methodology among clients, partners, and teammates.
  • Mentor and train client business stakeholders in key Pega functionality.
  • Provide technical training and user support to business groups.

Requirements:

  • An intelligent, motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams on business process changes.
  • Certified Pega Business Architect professional with 6-10 years of relevant Pega BA experience.
  • A quick learner with excellent time management and organization skills, able to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and dedication to achieving outstanding customer results.
