Resident AV Engineer

We are seeking skilled professionals to manage and maintain audiovisual systems at a client location.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Provide daily support for all AV-enabled meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas.
  • Setup and operation of AV equipment: video conferencing, projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, control systems, etc.
  • Live Event Support: Presentations, hybrid meetings, and townhalls.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve AV system issues in real-time with minimal disruption.
  • System Administration: Manage and monitor AV equipment health, firmware updates, and usage reports.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of AV systems, proficiency in video conferencing platforms, and experience in live event production and hybrid meeting setups. They must also possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, strong communication and customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently and handle pressure in live environments.
For success in this role, the candidate should be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain high levels of professionalism and discretion when interacting with clients and colleagues.
