Procurement Specialist Role Overview:

This position involves serving as a technical and functional expert for the procurement system, focusing on Coupa P2P modules. The primary responsibilities include providing day-to-day support, monitoring system performance, collaborating with teams to understand business requirements, managing user access and permissions, and supporting integration between systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical and functional support for Coupa P2P modules.\
  • Proactively monitor system performance and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.\
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure understanding of business requirements and seamless system implementation.\
  • Effectively manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa to maintain data integrity and compliance.\
  • Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems to enhance overall system efficiency.\
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.\
  • Develop and document comprehensive support procedures and training materials for end-users.\
  • Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and knowledge sharing.\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\
  • At least 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or similar P2P systems.\
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and principles.\
  • Experience with ticketing systems and integration tools.\
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and excellent problem-solving skills.\
