Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Purchase Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the purchase and store team to achieve departmental targets.
  • Cost Efficiency: Optimize procurement, inventory, and sourcing processes for cost savings and efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate with existing and new vendors for best pricing and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory to meet production demands while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor costs, analyze performance metrics, and report improvements to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 13–17 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (Manufacturing industry experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and supplier management processes.
