This key role involves overseeing overall procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, forecasting, conducting market research, negotiating with suppliers, evaluating bids, analyzing data, and developing effective procurement strategies.

We seek a skilled professional who can devise and use profitable procurement and sourcing strategies, explore reliable suppliers, and build lasting relationships with vendors in the industry.

The ideal candidate will prepare detailed estimates for all projects, create Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders.

They will also solicit proposals based on BOQs, compare proposals for price and specifications, and engage in techno-commercial negotiations with vendors to reduce costs.

In addition, they will review contract specifications on behalf of the company and assist in finalizing supplier contracts.

Finally, they will communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • 4+ years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Building long-term relationships with vendors in the industry
  • Preparing detailed project estimates
  • Creating BOQs and obtaining necessary approvals from all stakeholders

  • Comparing proposals for price and specifications
  • Negotiating with vendors to reduce costs
  • Reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the company
  • Assisting in finalizing supplier contracts
  • Communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
