Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, advanced knowledge of IT principles, and strong technical knowledge of Microsoft products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to colleagues through phone, chat, email, and portal.
  • Supply first-line IT support for all technologies, including desktop applications, printing/scanning, telephony, mobile devices, and business applications.
  • Assess, triage, research, and resolve basic incidents and requests.
  • Engage other resources or second and third-level service resources to resolve incidents beyond scope.
  • Audit incidents and requests, assigned, tracked, and responded to promptly in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Take ownership of colleague issues and follow up on the status of issues on behalf of the colleague.
  • Communicate with the Colleague Care team where necessary.
  • Create a positive colleague support experience.
  • Identify service improvement opportunities for key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and customer-first mentality.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT principles and supported systems.
  • Subject matter ability in multiple areas of support.
  • Robust technical knowledge and working experience with Microsoft products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to think logically and analyze complex issues.
  • Must be professional, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
  • Robust interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
  • Multi-tasking ability and re-prioritizing tasks is a must.
