IT Support Specialist Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for a range of technologies including desktop applications, printing/scanning, telephony, mobile devices, and video conferencing.
  • Assess, triage, research, and resolve basic incidents and requests effectively.
  • Collaborate with other support resources or second and third-level service teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Accurately log, assign, track, and respond to incidents and requests in line with agreed SLAs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a customer-first approach are essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT principles and experience with Microsoft products, including email, client, server, network, and telephony technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge and working experience with directory services, mobile computing, and overall understanding of infrastructure, desktop, and applications technologies.
