Job Title: Training Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Execution & Delivery: Oversee a team of trainers to execute training plans across multiple programs, ensuring logistical and subject matter expert availability.
  • Performance Improvement: Drive trainer performance to achieve activation goals, taking corrective actions to close performance gaps.
  • Team Development: Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to build trainer expertise and maintain delivery excellence.
  • Governance & Feedback: Ensure compliance and code of conduct adherence, capturing and sharing training data, insights, and ground feedback with leadership to support strategy and decision-making.

As a Training Operations Manager, you will play a key role in developing the skills and knowledge of our trainers to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality training programs. This includes managing training calendars, coordinating logistics, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Training Operations Manager will also be responsible for driving trainer performance to achieve activation targets, conducting quality audits, and providing feedback to leadership on training effectiveness.
