Key Responsibilities
  • We require someone who can drive impact across various functions by bringing clarity, facilitating execution, and delivering tangible outcomes.
  • This role involves working in tandem with Sales to identify revenue growth opportunities through leakages analysis, pricing/packaging strategy development, and empowering the team with improved processes and tools.
  • Closely collaborating with Customer Success will be crucial in driving outcome-based performance on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
  • The successful candidate will lead revenue and capacity planning, ensuring alignment between resources and targets.
  • In addition, this person will design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, providing actionable data for informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • A strong passion for business and sales, combined with the ability to roll up sleeves to get things done.
  • This individual must be able to seamlessly transition between domains (support → sales → CX) without losing depth or context.
  • They should be comfortable operating within an early-stage startup environment, where imperfections are inherent, and adaptability is paramount.
  • Extremely high agency and adaptability are essential to drive results and make things happen.
