We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring quality clients through various means, including networking, database marketing, market intelligence, and referrals from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through strategic relationships and referrals.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial planning strategies to generate cross-sell revenue.
  • Client Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our Central Dealing Desk.
  • Revenue Generation: Collaborate with the Central Dealing Desk to generate revenue and resolve client queries.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
  • Brand Representation: Represent our brand in a professional and respectful manner, upholding the values of Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and financial planning.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics.
