Job Title: Administrative Executive
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the induction process for new joiners, ensuring a seamless transition into the team and organization.
- Design and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins, skip-level meetings, and annual appraisals to drive growth and development.
- Manage employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Identify and implement measures to enhance employee retention, including exit interviews and recommendations for improvement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on employee experience at every touchpoint.
- Provide support to corporate learning and development teams as needed.
- Oversee facility management, including space allocation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational requirements and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships, managing inventory and services effectively.
- HR Generalist skills, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.
- Employee engagement and communication techniques.
- Performance management and evaluation methods.
- Facility management principles and practices.
