This role combines IT support and security administration to maintain internal systems. We seek a technical professional with hands-on experience in first-level technical support, desktop management, network infrastructure, and Microsoft environment administration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Technical Support
    • Provide immediate resolution for hardware, software, and network issues across all departments
    • Manage employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
  • Network Security
    • Configure and maintain physical firewall policies and rules
    • Create comprehensive security policies across all systems and processes
    • Implement endpoint protection and mobile device management (MDM) solutions
  • Strategic Activities
    • Assist in IT budget planning, license optimization, and vendor negotiations
    • Educate teams on security best practices, policies, and threat awareness
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems, processes, and security procedures

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in IT support and security administration, with proven expertise in Microsoft Ecosystem, Network Security, Operating Systems, and Security Tools.
