Lead Software Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee software projects and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, effective client management abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple projects using the software development life cycle (SDLC), ensuring on-time completion and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams, providing guidance on database design and implementation.
  • Utilize agile project planning tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for task management and tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement quality processes, ensuring accurate documentation and process improvements.
  • Analyze risks, troubleshoot problems, and provide technical expertise to teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project coordination, with knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in client communication, quality assurance, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience handling projects in fixed bid environments.
  • Based out of Hubli, India, and willing to work from the office daily.
