Job Title: Data Conversion Expert

As a Data Conversion Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data transitions from legacy systems to our new platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.
  • Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional).
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
