About the Role

Vitelco is seeking an experienced Data Insights Expert to analyze data from various sources, prepare comprehensive reports, and conduct critical analyses of campaign and customer lifecycle activities and performances.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools to provide stakeholders with timely and actionable information
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers to measure campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Build regular dashboards to publish performance summaries and key findings
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in English language
