Senior Business Insights Analyst Position

At Future-Able, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Insights Analyst to drive strategic growth through actionable insights.

  • Lead the analysis of customer behavior, conversion funnels, and marketing efficiency across our e-commerce platform.
  • Develop advanced data models in GA4, leveraging expertise in event modeling, custom dimensions, and funnel analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into actionable decisions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in analytics, preferably in e-commerce or consumer DTC industries.
  • Expert SQL skills and comfort working with BigQuery or similar cloud warehouses.
  • Proficiency in BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, with the ability to design intuitive dashboards.
  • Scripting skills in Python or R for data wrangling, notebooks, and automation tasks.
