**Data Insights Specialist Role**

Job Description:

As a seasoned Data Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making. Your primary responsibility will be to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Write efficient SQL and PySpark queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
  • Work with Unity Catalog in Databricks for secure data management and governance.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of reporting data across systems.
  • Document processes, queries, and dashboards for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data validation.
  • Hands-on experience with PySpark for data transformations.
  • Knowledge of Unity Catalog in Databricks for data governance and access management.
  • Expertise in Power BI for building automated dashboards and reports.
