We are seeking a seasoned operations expert to drive digital transformation and process optimization in our upstream operations.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on industry experience and a forward-thinking approach to operational efficiency and process improvements.

  • Provide strategic guidance on operational workflows and identify areas for digital transformation and process optimization.
  • Analyze current operational processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements in upstream operations.
  • Evaluate and maintain best practices in safety, sustainability, and efficiency across the value chain.
  • Support stakeholders in aligning operational goals with business objectives.

This role requires 4-10 years of relevant experience in bauxite ore extraction and alumina refinery operations (upstream).

Key qualifications include a strong understanding of operational processes, equipment, and industry standards within the alumina value chain, as well as proven knowledge of digital tools and analytics applied to operational efficiency and process improvements.

Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver solutions under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with major alumina/bauxite producers or consulting firms in the sector.
