Job Description

This role focuses on enhancing livelihoods through strategic project implementation and capacity building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams in developing and executing plans that align with project objectives, ensuring high-quality interventions.
  • Collaborate with the Director – Social Additionality to enhance technical quality of project activities.
  • Develop budgets and support project teams in achieving defined targets and objectives.
  • Issue guidelines for timely implementation of project activities.
  • Identify operational challenges and coordinate solutions with the project team and Director – SA.
  • Promote knowledge management practices to showcase project impact.
Enterprise Development:
  • Establish women-led Plastic Collection Centers and Collection Points within waste collector communities.
  • Launch e-tricycle-based plastic waste collection initiatives for informal waste collectors.
  • Implement skill training initiatives and develop market linkages for decent income opportunities.
  • Forge partnerships for capacity building, technical, and enterprise support.
  • Build networks with key stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Collaborate with government departments, including state urban/rural livelihood missions.
Capacity Building:
  • Organize entrepreneurship awareness and development programs for beneficiaries.
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder workshops on enterprise development.
  • Conduct EAPs, EDPs, and mentorship sessions for emerging entrepreneurs.
  • Offer continuous business support and mentorship for women micro-entrepreneurs.
  • Conduct capacity needs assessments for institutional partners.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Log key performance indicators (KPIs) into the PFC platform.
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation and data flow through the PFC technology platform.
  • Review and update policies and SOPs with required documentation.
  • Submit reports in prescribed formats.
  • Maintain and analyze all MIS data.

Foster a culture of professionalism and prioritization. Uphold organizational policies, protocols, and best practices. Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.
