Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial management, leading strategic finance initiatives, and providing expert guidance to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in financial leadership, with experience in monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization. They will also possess excellent analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management & Control
    • Oversee accurate and timely completion of financial closings
    • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes
    • Implement and enforce budget control mechanisms
    • Consolidate financial data across businesses
  • Strategic Finance & Business Partnering
    • Review and validate financial reporting
    • Provide diligence and oversight during investments and fundraising
    • Support leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation and ROI
  • Negotiations & Contract Oversight
    • Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees
    • Manage financial/legal negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Drive company-wide performance management and link KPIs to financial outcomes
    • Support leadership in building compensation structures tied to performance
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Strong track record in financial management, FP&A, and budgeting
  • Hands-on experience in contract negotiations and financial modeling
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, and legal frameworks
