Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our organization.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial, product management, and strategic management tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing financial advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough audits of financial statements
  • Filing income tax returns on behalf of individuals and businesses
  • Preparing accurate balance sheets and profit/loss accounts
  • Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and laws
  • Providing expert financial advisory services to clients
  • Evaluating accounting systems and suggesting improvements
  • Conducting forensic accounting investigations
  • Analyzing financial reports to recommend strategies to enhance profitability and growth
  • Preparing business performance reports for senior management
  • Reviewing budgets, payroll, investments, and other finances

Requirements:

  • Experience as a head of operations or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business functions.
  • Excellent mathematical literacy.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership qualities.
  • A strategic thinker.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Chartered Accountant certification required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
