Lead Citrix Administrator

This is a leadership role requiring advanced technical skills and experience in designing, implementing, and managing Citrix infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect high-availability Citrix environments, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Netscaler.
  • Develop comprehensive technical designs covering scalability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership for Citrix infrastructure teams.
  • Evaluate and ensure SLA compliance for Citrix environment performance and uptime.
  • Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops and Hypervisors (XenServer).
  • Manage Citrix ADC, Gateway, SD-WAN, Web App Firewall, and Application Delivery Management.
  • Perform upgrades, patch management, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Align Citrix administration activities with ITIL best practices.
  • Handle escalations, change controls, incident and problem resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
  • Monitor incident/problem trends and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Citrix administration.
  • Proven track record of leading complex technical projects.
  • Expert knowledge of Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Netscaler.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
