Job Title: Senior Utility Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

Our organization is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Utility Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design and planning of wet utility projects, including water, wastewater, and stormwater networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement water and wastewater transmission pipelines, coordinate utilities, investigate stormwater systems, and handle cross-connections.
  • Conduct hydraulic and hydrological modeling, update system models, and ensure designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Liaise with service provider agencies for NOCs and design approvals, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage junior technical staff.
  • Plan workloads, mentor team members, identify opportunities to grow the team, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in civil engineering, water resources management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as Civil3D, SewerGems, WaterGems, AutoCAD, BIM, Mike Plus, Epanet, ArcGIS, and Excel.
