A sought-after Presales Leader is required to independently own and drive presales activities across the region. This role demands a strategic leader with strong business acumen, proven expertise in presales and bid management, and the ability to collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design winning solutions.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), strong business analysis and solution design capabilities, deep understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging technologies, and a proven track record in RFP/RFI response management and proposal development. They will also have experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling presales teams.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing all presales activities for the region, driving sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure, engaging with CXO-level clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions, building and maintaining strong client relationships across domains and geographies, owning end-to-end RFP/RFI management, collaborating with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for accurate technical solutions and pricing, implementing and continuously improving presales processes, methodologies, and best practices, mentoring, guiding, and growing a high-performing team of presales analysts and consultants, partnering with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal closures, supporting sales forecasting and tracking opportunity progression, monitoring competitive landscape and developing strategies for account mining and expansion, creating and publishing case studies, white papers, solution briefs, and client-facing collateral, and collaborating with marketing to develop region-specific campaigns, messaging, and positioning.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred), at least 15 years of relevant experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services, strong exposure to global clients (preferably US market), and demonstrated success in leading presales functions and enabling revenue growth.
