About the Role
Innovative Psychometric Specialist – Talent Assessment Solutions

This is a unique opportunity to join our R&D and Consulting department as an AI & Psychometrics Specialist. This role combines AI-driven innovation with psychometric expertise to design and improve assessment tools, while supporting consulting projects for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
AI Implementation in R&D:
  1. Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
  2. Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages.
  3. Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
  4. Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.
Risk Management and Development:
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision and enhancement.
  • Create innovative test items for specialised evaluations.
  • Collaborate on project planning and management to deliver project requirements on schedule.
Consulting & Client Support:
  • Work closely with consultants to develop tailored solutions such as customised assessments and reports.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation and user manuals for customised tools.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in psychometrics and/or AI application projects, including knowledge of generative AI tools and prompt engineering. You must also possess excellent English communication skills, project management abilities, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
