Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions using advanced frameworks and technologies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize Langchain agents, chains, memories, parsers, document loaders, Gen AI, and NLP models for specific use cases.
  • Quickly experiment with different machine learning models for specific use cases.
Requirements:
  1. 4-6 years of experience in software development, particularly AI/ML-based projects.
  2. Experience in Azure cloud and Databricks setup.
  3. Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  4. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
  5. Expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and conversational AI technologies.
  6. Experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications at scale.
  7. Understanding of ML pipelines, feature engineering, and MLOps.
  8. Experience in LLM + RAG and building agentic framework.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  10. Experience leading and mentoring team members to help grow to their full potential.
  11. Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements.
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools - Git (Gitlab).
