Marketing Lead - Growth & Brand

This role requires a skilled marketing professional to oversee all aspects of the company's growth and brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer-app and gaming/esports marketing, with a strong understanding of user acquisition and brand ownership.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans aligned with business targets, launches, and esports calendar.
  • Define target audience segments and messaging for Gen-Z gamers, creators, and partners.
  • Manage channel mix and budget allocation across paid, owned, earned channels.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads/UAC, Meta Ads, YouTube, OEMs/affiliates, networks.
  • Maintain CPI/CPE/CPL targets; implement creative testing (hooks, thumbnails, lengths).
  • Enforce UTM/AppsFlyer hygiene; partner with Growth on cohort quality and ROAS.
Key Skills:
  • 4–8 years of experience in consumer-app or gaming/esports marketing with UA + brand ownership.
  • Hands-on with Google Ads/UAC, Meta Ads, YouTube, and affiliate/OEM channels.
  • Strong analytics skills with tools like AppsFlyer/GA/Looker/Sheets.
  • Demonstrated success improving installs, CAC, and retention.
  • Excellent creative judgment and brief writing skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
