Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned marketing manager to lead our growth and brand strategy in the gaming/esports space. This role requires a unique blend of marketing acumen, creative vision, and analytical prowess.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive high-quality installs, retention, and brand love
  • Own end-to-end marketing efforts, including performance UA, lifecycle/CRM, brand & content strategy, creator/influencer programs, esports/broadcast marketing, and B2B/product marketing
  • Build strategic partnerships with studios and brands for UA, creator activations, and esports IPs
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in consumer-app or gaming/esports marketing with UA + brand ownership
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads/UAC, Meta Ads, YouTube, and affiliate/OEM channels
  • Strong analytics skills, including AppsFlyer/GA/Looker/Sheets, experiment design, and cohort thinking
  • Excellent creative judgment and brief writing; fluency in English and Hindi; gamer/creator culture awareness
  • Braze/OneSignal/Firebase for CRM; familiarity with India's online-gaming compliance landscape
