Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Are you a performance marketing expert with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Performance Marketing Associate.

This role is perfect for someone who loves Google Ads dashboards as much as creative brainstorming. You will be responsible for launching and scaling campaigns that directly drive our growth, working side by side with founders and experienced marketers, experimenting with new ideas, testing bold campaigns & seeing instant impact, shaping the future of a high-growth D2C brand in India.

  • Develop and execute high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (FB & Insta)
  • Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions and squeeze out better results daily
  • Lead structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting
  • Turn fun, bold ideas into ads that actually convert
  • Analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and translate numbers into next steps
  • Maximize every rupee spent for the biggest impact
  • Explore new paid platforms (YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to keep us ahead of the curve
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (D2C or agency)
  • Obsessed with numbers, data, and dashboards
  • Confident with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Sheets
  • Analytical but also creative → you know when to crunch and when to experiment
  • Self-starter, curious, and eager to try new things in a fast-paced startup
  • Bonus: Exposure to retention marketing, CRO, or email/SMS
