As a seasoned Service Designer, we are looking for someone to spearhead the creation of innovative products and services that improve how we live and work. This strategic role requires exceptional communication and facilitation skills to lead cross-functional teams in developing and testing new service propositions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uncover market fit for new propositions and own research methodology and facilitation with users and stakeholders.
  • Develop expertise in systems thinking and creating optimized ecosystems that balance user, business, and technology priorities.
  • Challenge assumptions and ensure new propositions integrate with and augment users' day-to-day mental models.
  • Conduct concept and proposition validation with users and translate actionable insights into next iterations.
  • Provide vision and direction to the team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements and share best practices.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Service Designer.
  • Critical thinking and ability to hold complexity and think across multiple layers of an organisation or service.
  • Experience working in the financial sector and understanding its nuances.
  • Comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and getting buy-in.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working closely with emerging technology and technical teams to push innovation.
  • Comfortable delving into UX/UI design capabilities as the proposition progresses.
  • Curiosity with blockchain and lean startup methodologies.
