  • R&D Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the R&D team to drive innovation and excellence.

    • Monitor R&D budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Ensure intellectual property strategy (patents, trade secrets) aligns with research outputs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with production, quality assurance, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure product readiness and market fit.
    • Translate R&D outcomes into commercially viable offerings that meet customer needs.
    • Facilitate technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing to ensure seamless product launch.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    • Stay up to date with scientific, technological, and market trends to ensure competitiveness.
    • Ensure documentation, certification, and audit-readiness of R&D processes to maintain regulatory compliance.
    • Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
