Service Designer Position

We are seeking a profile with a background in design, sensitive to user-centered methodologies.

  • Design and deliver innovation programs for corporate clients by creating tailored initiatives that align with client-specific needs and objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities where human-centered innovation can drive value.
  • Derive insights from user research to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Mastery of user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of technological trends and challenges.
