Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Application Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team and ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement in our QA processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application testing, with experience in setting up and optimizing QA processes, test strategies, and best practices. You will be responsible for leading a team of QA engineers, collaborating with developers and product teams, and participating in bug triage and resolution.

You will also be responsible for preparing test plans, test cases, and QA reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality releases. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation strategy, and team efficiency, and ensure proper documentation and reporting for defects, test results, and process compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7–9 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).
  • Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.
  • Experience in setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.
  • Excellent skills in defect triage, bug reporting, and defending bugs with developers.
  • Experience managing a team of 5–8 QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
