Job Summary

Senior Team Lead Position Overview:

This leadership role oversees quality assurance efforts for a high-visibility web domain project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes for complex web applications.
  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance and mentoring to drive success.
  • Oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability and reliability in dynamic environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables, driving business value through quality.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices, continuously improving processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in software QA testing, preferably with expertise in manual testing of web applications.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills, enabling effective thinking and strategizing in complex testing scenarios.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or alternative automation tools like Mabl.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, driving results-oriented outcomes.
