Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to understand their recruitment needs and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert insights and recommendations on hiring strategies to clients.

Recruitment Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of top-tier candidates and effective recruitment solutions.
  • Monitor the progress of open roles, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that recruitment solutions align with clients' expectations and business goals.

Account Growth and Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing new services or solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and renewals with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify and convert leads into long-term accounts.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on account performance, recruitment outcomes, and market trends.
  • Proactively address any challenges or issues that may impact client satisfaction.

Market Insights and Strategy:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide clients with insights on talent market dynamics, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4–8 years) in account management, client relations, or recruitment services.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and recruitment platforms is a plus.
