Key responsibilities include managing staff performance, coordinating comprehensive training programs, ensuring facilities meet member needs, developing sales strategies, supervising group exercise and personal training sessions, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the fitness industry
  • Understanding of human physiology
  • Effective leadership and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to develop and implement sales strategies
