We are currently seeking an experienced Web Engineer Manager to oversee the development of our scalable and maintainable website solutions. As a key team member, you will lead new development efforts, provide high-level direction on front-end architecture, and ensure compliance with current standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the building of modular and reusable components for our existing websites.
  2. Drive new development efforts for component-based website systems, ensuring proper integration with our content management system.
  3. Provide direction on front-end architecture and technical design/implementation of our websites.
  4. Maintain and improve overall performance of our websites, ensuring compliance with current standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience with Drupal (e.g., Drupal 7/8/9) architecture, APIs, and module development.
  • Proficiency in LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js).
  • Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with website Search technologies and solutions like OpenSearch, Solr, and Elastic Search.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
