Lead AI Architect

This is a leadership position where you will lead our team of data scientists and engineers to build cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust ML models and pipelines into production using your strong Python and SQL expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Ownership: You will design, develop, optimize, and deploy ML models and pipelines into production.
  • Innovate & Build: You will architect and implement innovative AI solutions that solve complex problems.
  • Apply Foundational Math: You will leverage your strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics to solve challenging ML problems.
  • Algorithm Mastery: You will have hands-on experience with a variety of ML algorithms, including Linear/Logistic Regression, Tree-based models (XGBoost), Clustering, and Anomaly Detection.
  • Geometric & Spatial Reasoning: You will apply geometric computation and 3D spatial reasoning to unique problem domains.
  • Drive Best Practices: You will champion software excellence through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and contribute to our cloud-native AWS infrastructure.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior AI/ML Engineer or Senior Developer.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • A portfolio of creative problem-solving and ability to independently devise new approaches.
  • Hands-on experience in designing or implementing agent-driven architectures or frameworks.
  • Solid familiarity with TDD practices.
  • Experience with deploying models on cloud platforms; AWS is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in applying geometric concepts, simulations, or spatial reasoning through code.
