We are seeking a highly skilled US IT Hiring Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in connecting top tech talent with exciting opportunities across the US.
About the Role:
As a US IT Hiring Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. You will utilize various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels, LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates who possess the required skills and qualifications.
- Conduct thorough research to understand technical requirements of various positions and submit consultant profiles that match these criteria in a timely manner.
- Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified regions to ensure a strong network of potential candidates.
- Monitor and analyze conversion ratios of submittals into interviews and placements to optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% overall academics or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, good attitude, and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
Work Details:
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Timing: Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM (complete night shift).
- Interview Mode: Telephonic and Face-To-Face.
