Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate/ Senior Associate- Management Accounts. This is a full-time and permanent position based in India, offering regional coverage and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our Global Delivery Hub (GDH) operations department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all accounting processes are compliant with regulations and company policies. Key responsibilities include providing accounting services for RTR process for Vistra clients and geographies across the globe, ensuring all end-to-end accounts payable activities comply with regulations and company policies, and supporting the migration of processes from other locations to India.

In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering multiple finance and accounting processes, including general ledger and sub-ledger accounting, A/R and A/P management, payroll & payments, monthly accounting and client reporting, holding subsidiary accounting and consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, support for statutory accounting and audit, and preparation of trackers, issue logs, and MIS.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good presentation skills and customer focus
  • Microsoft office, specifically Word and advanced Excel
  • Self-driven and highly motivated individual, able to work independently
  • Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Experience in Shared Services / BPO will be an added advantage
  • Semi qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA / Post graduation with 2-7 years of total experience, of which 2+ experience in managing RTR operations in Shared services industry/captive/BPO set-up
