Job Opportunity

Dil Brands is a company that creates and operates virtual brands focused on fulfilling daily meal requirements.

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the marketing efforts of our food brand, helping to drive awareness, customer engagement, and sales through both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution efficiency and a 'will-get-it done' attitude
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote food products across various platforms
  • Assist on photo shoot video shoots as needed for campaigns
  • Work closely with city business and central teams to develop promotional strategies and product positioning
  • Agency identification and vendor management to ensure seamless execution of planned marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, tastings, food festivals, and trade events
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Engage with food bloggers, influencers, and content creators to boost product reach
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences
  • Build strong understanding of brand and maintain brand consistency across all touch points

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field
  • 6months-1year experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food, FMCG, events, startup ecosystem
  • Familiarity with digital and offline marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Zomato/Swiggy dashboards, OOH, events, BTL)
  • Excellent execution, timeline management and communication skills
  • A creative mindset with an understanding of current food and dining trends
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work long hours as expected in a startup ecosystem
